Refund and Return Policy

At Velluto Noir, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and straightforward 30-day return policy.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered to request a return. To qualify:
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original resellable condition.
- The item must remain in its original protective packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

2. RETURN ADDRESS & PROCESS
Because our workshop and warehouse are located internationally, returns must be coordinated through our support team before dispatch:
1. Contact us at support@vellutonoir.com stating your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with the Return Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address:

3. Securely pack the item and dispatch it using a carrier that provides tracking.
Note: Packages sent back without prior return authorization cannot be processed.

3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, size re-evaluation, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual international return shipping costs to our facility.
- Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at support@vellutonoir.com within 7 business days of delivery.
- Attach clear photographic evidence showing the issue and the packaging label.
- Resolution: For verified damaged or incorrect items, you will NOT have to pay for return shipping. We will either issue a free replacement or process a 100% full refund immediately.

5. REFUND TIMELINE
- Once your return package is delivered to our facility and inspected (typically within 2 business days), we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (Credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Processing times can vary slightly depending on your bank or credit card provider.
